Credit Card Scams in America

There are a million different ways to become filthy rich in America. There are legal ways to get to the money and there are illegal ways to get money. One of the ways that has been around America is a couple years and is starting to spread more and worldwide is credit card scamming.

There are different ways to get money through credit card scamming. You can deposit fake checks, you can steal card information, buy gift cards with the stolen credit cards, and other things of that nature. The scamming community is expanding because it is becoming so easy to do. You can buy a credit card skimmer from websites like craigslist and even ebay.

There is a very popular scam going around where people claim they can turn $200 to $2000. They give you a check, tell you to deposit it, tell you withdrawal (half, depending on bank), and will tell you keep the other half. The thing is the other half of the check bounces the next day and the amount of money that was withdrawn from your account will now be owed to your bank.

There are also credit card skimmers. You can buy them on ebay for as low as 50 dollars. They read credit card information. You can clone the encryption of the cards, make new cards with that encryption, and spend someone else's money. Other people will use stolen cards and buy gift cards with them and sell them for cash. It's mostly untraceable since it's a gift card.

So when you’re out in public watch for scammers and fake checks. You can owe loads to money to banks. Don't become a victim. If it sounds too good to be true, there’s a big chance that it is too good to be true. Keep your eyes open!
